Job Description
Role & responsibilities
1. Candidate will be responsible for handling Marketing function of CNS segment based at Mumbai.
2. He/she will be responsible for launching new products & strengthening the existing brands.
3. He / She should have good experience and knowledge in Neurology related segments.
4. He / She will closely work with Field Manager and all other supporters frequently.
5. He/she will prepare & implement promotional strategies & should be Creative.
6. He/She need to design Promotional/Communication strategies for the various brands of the organization.
7. He is responsible for the Campaign & special activities planning for Key Opinion Leaders and Monthly / Quarterly brand review & monitoring.
8. He/She will undertake the field work to review & evaluate strategy implementation.
9. Candidate should have good experience in managing & Marketing team in PMT to achieve business objective and coordinate with all departments.
Preferred candidate profile

1. B. Pharma or B.sc and MBA in Marketing , 15 years in Pharma Sales and Marketing out of 2-3 years as Marketing Manager/ AGM Marketing/Marketing Head handling CNS segment.
2. He/she should be creative, innovative & effective in man management.
3. He/She should have good knowledge of CNS Segment.
4. He/She should be good in launching new products and strengthening existing brands.
5. You should be good in selection, training and development of PMT Members.
6. International experience in CNS would be add an advantage.
