We work closely with developers, housing societies, architects, and government bodies to execute transformational urban projects.

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, people-focused, and well-organized professional who can manage Human Resources, Public Relations, and Administrative operations in a fast-paced, real estate-centric environment. This role is perfect for someone who can build strong stakeholder relationships while ensuring smooth HR and admin processes.

Key ResponsibilitiesPublic Relations (PRO)
  • Represent the company during society meetings, developer negotiations, and authority visits.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients, housing societies, government bodies, and consultants.
  • Draft, review, and dispatch official communications, letters, and notices.
  • Strengthen company visibility through professional representation.
Human Resources (HR)
  • Assist in recruitment, candidate screening, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee attendance, leave, and performance records.
  • Support staff training programs and internal HR initiatives.
Administration
  • Oversee daily office operations and coordinate with vendors.
  • Manage document filing, procurement, and office supplies.
  • Provide project coordination support to management.
Qualifications & Skills Required
  • Graduate in HR, Business Administration, Public Relations, or related field.

    Fresher to 2 years
    of experience (real estate/redevelopment background preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Marathi, and Hindi.
  • Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
