Food Solutions Manager

As a Food Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for driving the top and bottom line of the customized food business of Hyperpure. You will develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets, build and maintain relationships with key clients, and collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure the right customer experience.

What you need to bring to the table:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base
• Collaborate closely with the culinary teams to create client first solutions
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the HoReCa industry

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing curated solutions
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement
• Coordinate with sales,operations,production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients
• Conduct regular meetings and training sessions with the sales team to ensure alignment with sales objectives and best practices
• Stay updated with industry developments, regulations, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the market

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus)
• Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends, products, and regulations
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Experience in product development and menu planning
• Strong knowledge of culinary trends, food pairings, and international cuisines
