Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata for a professional in the Home Loans sector. The responsibilities include assisting customers with home loan applications, providing support in mortgage lending processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service. The role also involves communicating effectively with clients, guiding them through the loan process, and adhering to company and regulatory guidelines to achieve organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in the Mortgage Industry, including Mortgage Lending and Loans
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for effective client interactions
• Ability to manage and execute processes efficiently within the home loan domain
• Proficiency in working within regulatory and compliance frameworks
• A degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Relevant professional certifications or prior work experience in the housing finance industry is an advantage
