Role Description

Role Title - Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager (Financial Reporting)

Grade - M4/M3

Role Summary - Support in closing the financials of each legal entities and doing the consolidation at Group level.

Reporting To Senior Manager Financial Reporting

What the role entails

  • Assist in preparation of Standalone & Consolidated Financial Statements as per IND AS requirements for legal entities and financial results on quarterly & yearly basis in time bound manner.
  • Assist in month closing activities - posting of IND AS entries for respective entities and elimination of inter-company balances and transaction.
  • Quarterly valuations, NAV computation and impairment testing
  • Integration of New acquired entities in the SAP including acquisition adjustments in the consolidated books.
  • Preparation of financial statement on monthly basis for internal purposes.
  • Liaise with Statutory auditors and ensure smooth audit closure
  • Support in finalization of Annual report / semi-annual report/quarterly annual report

Role Demands (travel) - Travel basis business requirement

Experience/Qualification

Essential

Desirable Qualified CA with 3-4 year of relevant experience

SAP knowledge

  • Should have prior statutory audit experience or Financial reporting experience
  • Expertise in Ind AS and Schedule III.
  • Handling various consultants (Valuers / Auditors etc.)

Functional Requirements

Strategic (15%)

Ability to do the consolidation of different SPVs (Domestic/Foreign)

Should be able to connect business environment, regulatory and policy domains with strategy

Financial (10%)

Analytics, Probabilistic modelling & High degree of Commercial Acumen

Operational (50%)

Ability to understand business operations.

Liaise effectively with stakeholders within and beyond finance function

Should possess high degree of skills of IFRS/IndAS

People (25%)

Ability to work in different functional teams.

Ability to influence internal stakeholders.

Ability to interact with Senior stakeholders.
