We are currently seeking motivated and results-driven individuals to join our team as Tele Sales Executives. You will be responsible for implementing sales strategies, including cold calling, lead generation, presentations, and deal closures. Maintaining customer relationships and compiling sales reports will also be part of your responsibilities. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Being goal-oriented and self-motivated with a focus on achieving targets is essential, along with familiarity with CRM software being a plus.
