Job Description
- IAS is seeking a Customer Success Operations Manager to join the team in Gurugram. In this role, you will collaborate with Customer Success Managers, Sales, and Technical Support teams to enhance customer retention and expansion on a global scale. Your primary responsibilities will include accelerating customer adoption of Integral technology, maximizing ROI for clients, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring renewals for key accounts.
As a member of the Customer Success team, this position offers an opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge of the verification space within the advertising industry. You will receive training in technical, communication, and commercial skills under the guidance of your manager and the CS team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem and IAS products.
- Produce regular reports and conduct data analysis to identify potential risks and collaborate with stakeholders on solutions.
- Drive automation, develop process documentation, and create materials to support self-service clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client needs and advocate for clients internally.
- Uphold IAS values in all interactions.
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience in Ad-Tech.
- Experience mentoring junior team members and potential for team management.
- Strong data analysis skills and ability to derive actionable insights.
- Proficiency in online advertising and marketing industry practices.
- Quick learner with enthusiasm for a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Preference for account management experience.
- Outstanding communication skills in English; proficiency in a foreign language (German, French, or Spanish) is a plus.
