As a product manager, you will be responsible for leading the strategic direction and development of our web-based products

Youll work closely with cross-functional teams to define, prioritize, and execute on features and improvements that drive user engagement and satisfaction

This role requires a deep understanding of web application best practices, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to translate complex needs into actionable product strategies

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure cohesive product development

Oversee the full product lifecycle, from ideation to sunsetting, ensuring each phase aligns with customer needs and business objectives

Partner with UX/UI teams to ensure the development of user-friendly interfaces and interactions that enhance the overall user experience

Create and maintain thorough documentation, including product requirements, user stories, and functional specifications, for a smooth handoff to development teams

Work with QA teams to ensure features meet the highest standards of quality, usability, and performance before launch

Use data-driven insights to prioritize features, enhancements, and product updates that add value for customers and drive business growth

Collaborate with customer support to understand user pain points, prioritize bug fixes, and incorporate feedback into the product roadmap

Requirements:

4+ years of experience in product management with a focus on web applications, SaaS, or data-driven digital platforms

Proven experience in translating customer needs into product features and positioning

Proficiency in agile product development processes and comfortable working with engineering teams

Experience working with design teams and a solid understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices for web applications

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present ideas and influence stakeholders

Strong organizational and project management skills to oversee product development from ideation to launch
