Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan, launch, and optimize performance campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads. Own end-to-end execution from research to scaling.

2. Develop data-driven media strategies aligned with client business goals. Continuously optimize for ROAS, CPL, CAC, and conversion rates using structured testing frameworks.

3. Communicate campaign performance, insights, and action plans with clients. Conduct regular review calls, explain metrics clearly, and proactively recommend growth strategies.

4. Prepare detailed performance reports and dashboards using Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis). Translate raw data into actionable insights and improvement plans.

5. Integrate and align campaign execution with the Intellemo AI platform leveraging automation, audience insights, creative generation, and performance intelligence to improve efficiency and results.

Skills Required:

• Thorough understanding of Google and Meta Ads platform
• Has meticulously tested key drivers of performance of a campaign including creatives, communication, targeting, landing pages, etc.
• Vibe Marketers using AI tools for marketing communication are preferable
• Always looking to learn new skills that can be an opportunity to boost results.
• Strong aptitude and learning ability
• Great communication and persuasive skills in English and Hindi
• Strong creative and analytical skills
• Work ethics and time bound delivery of task
• Previous Agency experience preferred
