About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as AP Accountant. The ideal candidate will have experience with the full accounts payable cycle, including invoice processing, payment processing, and account reconciliation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receive and process vendor invoices, including matching to purchase orders and receiving reports.
• Enter and code invoices into the accounting system.
• Process payments to vendors in a timely and accurate manner.
• Reconcile accounts payable accounts to vendor statements.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve any payment discrepancies.
• Assist with the month-end close process.
