Role Description

This full-time, on-site role is based in Hyderabad. The Human Resources Manager will oversee recruitment, employee relations, training programs, and compliance with labor laws and corporate policies. Responsibilities include managing HR strategies, handling performance management, fostering employee engagement, and providing guidance to enhance organization development. The role also involves monitoring HR metrics, addressing issues, and ensuring alignment with the organizations strategic goals.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in recruitment, staffing, and talent acquisition strategies
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution
  • Experience with HR policies, labor laws, and compliance

    Proficiency in team management, training, and professional development
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of HR software and data-driven decision-making
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
