Operations Project Analyst

:
Program management and Execution:
1. End to end Project Planning, program management and Co-Ordination (Activities and Resources)
2. Responsible for overall projects processes and deliverables
3. Project on-boarding, daily tracking of performance, proactive communication & escalation management
4. CSAT: Drive highest level of customer satisfaction and be a customer reference able account

5. Zero Escalation: Issue Identification, Resolution and Stake holder Management
6. Finance Management - Invoicing, Collection, Account Growth
7. Experience in automation of projects
Dashboards & Reporting:
1. Project kick off, Weekly governance, Documentation, Reports and Dash boards
2. Stakeholder Management
3. Partnership with Customers and Stakeholders with a Customer-focused mindset
4. Process and Service Improvements & Identification of new business
5. Process Consultancy and Improvement
6. Project Initiation, Project Planning & Project Execution
7. Participates in negotiating Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Operational Level Agreements (OLAs) for the service
8. Handling Change request in Project Management
9. Maintain Project documentation and course folders, SLA and PMS.
10. Pro-actively report to senior management on all technical issues relevant to their area of responsibility
Skills Required:
1. Should possess an outstanding working experience of 3+ years with bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science / IT or other affiliated courses.
2. Should have a sufficient organizational skills and ability to carry out multiple and intricate tasks.
