Job Description
- Role Overview:
As a Data Mining & Research Specialist at ISMG, you will play a crucial role in conducting thorough research on various aspects of the ISMG subscriber base. Your responsibilities will include executing research projects, managing large data sets, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy, integrity, and timely delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute research projects, involving standardized and customized data sets for ISMG's customer base and internal business needs.
- Contribute to the management of large data sets, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and timely delivery of projects.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field is preferred.
- At least one year of professional experience in Market Research fields.
- Advanced expertise in Excel for handling complex data analysis tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, with the ability to learn and adapt to other data and marketing programs quickly.

- Knowledge of hierarchical databases and exposure to data software packages is preferred.
- Experience with Power BI is a major advantage.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, along with strong presentation abilities.
- Excellent time management and project management skills.
