About the Role
We are building a small, high-energy team to drive the social media marketing efforts for our upcoming book series. This is an exciting opportunity for recent MBAs or young professionals passionate about marketing, storytelling, and digital engagement. The selected candidates will play a key role in conceptualizing and executing creative campaigns to build brand visibility, engagement, and sales.
Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing social media strategies for promoting the book series.
  
• Manage day-to-day posting and engagement across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
• Brainstorm creative content ideas posts, reels, videos, contests, and collaborations.
• Monitor social media performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Collaborate with design, content, and PR teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Support influencer marketing and community-building initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• MBA (Marketing preferred) or equivalent postgraduate degree.
• Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills.
