Position Overview: As a Trainee Inside Sales Executive, you will support the International Sales team by identifying and generating leads, understanding customer needs, and scheduling meetings through email, and online platforms. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about sales and technology.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Identify potential clients using various channels such as email campaigns, and networking.
  • Follow-up: Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects to build relationships and keep the sales pipeline active.
  • CRM Management: Update and maintain accurate records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for tracking leads and sales opportunities.
  • Support Sales Team: Assist with scheduling meetings and preparing sales materials.
  • Product Knowledge: Learn and stay informed about our product offerings and how they help customers.
  • Goals & Expectations: Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly targets with guidance and support from the manager.
  • Reporting: Share updates and progress on outreach activities with the manager regularly.
Key Skills And Competencies
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Willingness to learn CRM tools and sales techniques.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain customer relationships.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
  • Persuasive and influential; able to handle rejections and objections professionally.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in lead tracking and follow-up.

Qualification
