Job Description

Head of International Franchise Expansion
Location: Nagpur, India (with international travel)
Reporting to: Expansion Head

About Hoora
Hoora is India's fastest-growing Vehicle 360 company, operating across 60+ cities with services like doorstep car & bike wash, D2C auto-care products, garage aggregation, used/new car deals, and insurance. Having built a strong footprint in India, Hoora is now ready to scale internationally through a franchise-first model.
We are seeking a franchise leader who has already scaled franchise businesses (preferably in automotive, consumer services, or retail) and is equally strong in sales, marketing, and communication. This role will be based in Nagpur HQ, driving international growth with a global mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Franchise Expansion: Build, manage, and scale international franchise networks across multiple countries.
- Sales Leadership: Drive franchise acquisition through effective sales strategies, pitching, and partner onboarding.
- Marketing & Brand Growth: Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns that attract franchise partners and customers globally.
- Training & Communication: Build training modules, SOPs, and communication frameworks to maintain consistency across markets.
- Market Strategy: Identify international opportunities, conduct feasibility studies, and launch pilot projects.
- Revenue & ROI: Ensure high ROI for franchise partners and drive profitability across markets.

- Stakeholder Management: Work closely with the CEO, leadership team, and local market partners.
Ideal Profile
- 10-18 years of experience in franchise business development & scaling.
- Background in automotive services, consumer services, or QSR/retail franchise models.
- Excellent sales, communication, and marketing skills.
- Proven ability to set up international operations or expand business footprints beyond India.
- Strong negotiation, networking, and leadership abilities.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Nagpur.
- MBA or equivalent preferred.
