Senior Sales Administrator

We are hiring a Senior Sales Administrator to support a high-performing sales function within the luxury furniture and FF&E industry.

While the core business is luxury furniture, we are open to candidates from broader interior solutions backgrounds including fit-out, FF&E, interiors, and design & build.

This role is suited for professionals with 10+ years of experience in sales administration or sales support roles who are hands-on, detail-driven, and comfortable working in fast-paced, project-led environments.

Key responsibilities

• End-to-end sales administration including order processing, quotations, invoicing, and documentation
• Coordinating with sales teams, customers, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth execution
• Managing customer records and updates in CRM / ERP systems
• Supporting domestic and export orders, including delivery coordination

• Handling customer queries and resolving order-related issues
• Preparing sales reports and tracking order status and performance
• Supporting showroom activities, promotions, and sales coordination
• Ensuring pricing accuracy, payment follow-ups, and contract support

What we're looking for

• 10+ years of experience in sales administration / sales support roles
• Background in luxury furniture, FF&E, fit-out, interiors, or interior solutions
• Strong experience working with CRM, ERP, POS, and Excel
