About The Team
Youll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Job Responsibilities

• On-site Fleet Management at Customer Warehouse (Core Responsibility)
• Daily Attendance & Dispatching: Visit the customer warehouse in the morning to verify attendance of outsourced fleets and arrange daily dispatch tasks and routes.
• Loading Supervision: Supervise the loading process on-site to ensure standardized and timely cargo loading.
• Exception Handling: Resolve outstanding delivery and distribution issues from the previous day and coordinate on-site problem-solving.
• COD Collection: Collect and consolidate daily Cash-on-Delivery (COD) payments to ensure timely cash flow recovery.
• Documentation Management: Compile and submit daily dispatch documents and operational reports.

  Get Hired
  End-to-End System Operations: Manage all transportation-related system activities in Singapore, including order entry, tracking, exception reporting, and billing reconciliation.
• Data Maintenance: Ensure accuracy and timeliness of system data to support business decisions.
• Process Optimization: Propose improvements to operational workflows based on system feedback.
• Business Project Implementation & Coordination
• Execution Monitoring: Track execution of transportation operations within projects, identify issues, and drive timely resolution.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance teams to ensure smooth project execution across all stages.
