Head Of Information Technology

As Head of Information Technology, the focus is on driving digital transformation, ensuring robust IT infrastructure, and leveraging cutting-edge technologies to enhance operational excellence across the plant. Key responsibilities include:

• Strategic IT Leadership Align IT initiatives with business objectives, ensuring seamless digital integration across departments and optimizing service availability.
• SAP & Application Management Lead end-to-end SAP Operations and Non-SAP Application delivery, ensuring business continuity and process automation.
• Infrastructure & System Efficiency Oversee implementation and maintenance of IT infrastructure, network systems, and security protocols to maximize uptime and performance.
• Digital Innovation & Analytics Drive adoption of advanced analytics tools like QlikSense & Power BI, and explore AI/ML and MeS (Manufacturing Execution Systems) to enhance data-driven decision-making.
  
• IT Governance & Compliance Ensure compliance with ITGC, cybersecurity, and safety standards, while proactively identifying vulnerabilities and improvement areas.
• Vendor & Budget Management Develop cost-effective IT strategies, manage budgets, and collaborate with external partners to ensure timely project delivery and support.
• Cross-Functional Integration Work closely with functional teams to address business needs, enable digital solutions, and support strategic initiatives.
• Team Building & Capability Development Must have led a large team of IT professionals across Infra, SAP, and Digital domains, ensuring succession planning, skill enhancement, and high-performance culture.

Desired Qualification:

• A bachelors degree in computer science or a related field
• A masters degree in computer science is preferred
• Proof of continued education, such as software certifications, is desirable

Technical Expertise:

• 15+ years of overall experience in Information Technology
• Minimum 7 years of proven leadership in managing enterprise IT environments
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience driving SAP operations and delivering complex SAP projects
