Agency Development Manager

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Agency Development Manager to join our team in the Delhi-NCR Region, Madhya Pradesh, or Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and managing a team of agents in the life and health insurance sectors. This role requires a strong understanding of the agency channel and the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance agents to achieve sales targets. - Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to enhance business opportunities. - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth. - Provide ongoing support and guidance to agents to ensure they meet their performance goals. - Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team. - Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement. Required Skills: - Proven experience in field sales, particularly in the life and health insurance sectors. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic plans. - Familiarity with banking sales and CASA sales is a plus. - Proficiency in using sales management software and tools.
