Job Title: Kannada Voice Process Customer Support Executive (Automobile Process) | Day Shift | Salary up to 23K

Location: Mahadevapura / RR Nagar, Bangalore

Shift: Day Shift (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

Salary: Up to 23,000 Take Home + Attractive Incentives

We are hiring Kannada-speaking Customer Support Executives for an Automobile Customer Support Process. The role involves interacting with customers over calls and assisting them with vehicle service-related requests and general automobile queries.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates who have good communication skills and an interest in automobiles (especially cars).

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers regarding vehicle service due reminders.
  
• Assist customers with automobile service-related queries and appointment scheduling.
  
• Provide accurate information about vehicle servicing and maintenance.
  
• Maintain professional communication and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  
• Update customer details and call interactions in the system.
  

• Important Note
• This is not a field job or showroom sales role.
• It is a voice process (calling role) focused on customer service for automobile service-related queries.

Eligibility Criteria

• Fluency in Kannada is mandatory
  
• Decent English communication skills required
  
• Freshers are welcome to apply
  
• Experience in customer support / voice process will be an added advantage
