Job Overview

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Executives for Voice and Non-Voice processes across Domestic and International accounts. This opportunity is open to freshers as well as experienced candidates, including sales and non-sales roles, offering excellent career growth in the BPO/MPO industry.

• Key Responsibilities
• Handle customer interactions via calls, emails, or chat professionally
• Resolve customer queries efficiently with accurate and timely solutions
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
• Follow process guidelines, compliance, and quality standards
• Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions
• For sales roles: achieve targets through upselling and cross-selling

• Eligibility Criteria
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
• Good verbal and/or written communication skills
• Comfortable working in day/night/rotational shifts (as per process)
• Basic computer knowledge
• Customer-oriented attitude with problem-solving skills
