Job Description
You will lead the IT department, for all supports, infrastructure, budgets and people, data security and compliance. Ensure optimal system performance and user experience with solutions to improve business processes. Design and support D 365, Zoho CRM, and other system solutions.
Responsibilities :
Strategic Planning : IT Strategy and evaluation for emerging technologies and impact on retail businesses. IT Infrastructure : Planning, implementation , maintenance, security, integrity of systems and data, networks and cloud services.
- Budget Management: Preparation of the IT Budget and monitoring the same.
- Team Building : hire and evaluate the right person.
- Assessment & Solution Design : Translate business requirements to functional and technical specifications for D365. Customization, Configuration and Integrations.
- Vendor Management / Compliance & Security / Project Management / Communication and Collaboration.
Experience : Total 10 years ; Preferably 6+ years in retail Industry and 4+ years in extensive IT Management and leadership role. Strong understanding of D365, SCM and Power platforms like Power automate and power Bi, cloud technologies like Azure, AWS. Experience with cloud computing data analytics, and other emerging technologies is always a Plus.
