Job Description
About the Role
We're looking for a sharp, numbers-driven Associate Product Manager to drive AI-led revenue initiatives at JustDial, with a core focus on our AI voice bot (Ishita) - an outbound calling system that engages non-paid vendors and converts them into scheduled appointments for membership sales. You'll own the funnel end-to-end: diagnosing drop-offs, refining bot scripts, and optimizing conversion from call to confirmed appointment.
What You'll Do
- Analyze call data and funnel metrics to identify conversion bottlenecks (bot-to-agent handoff, appointment confirmation rates, etc.)
- Collaborate with the bot vendor and sales to iterate on scripts and call flows
- Track and report on key metrics: connect rate, appointment scheduled %, agent confirmation rate
- Translate data insights into concrete product and process changes
Requirements
- 0-2 years experience; BTech or MBA from a Tier 1 institute only
- Strong Excel/SQL skills and comfort with data-driven problem solving
- High ownership mindset; obsessed with revenue impact, not just outputs
