Job Description
Role & Responsibilities:
- Handling secretarial compliances like Agendas, Minutes, Conducting meetings, Statutory filings, Reportings, etc.
- Ensuring compliance with applicable SEBI Regulations, SEBI (LODR) Regulations, the Companies Act, 2013, and internal policies
- Strengthening and enhancing compliance frameworks, processes, and automation tools for effective tracking and monitoring
- Liaising and coordinating with regulatory authorities and intermediaries, including SEBI, Depositories, Registrar & Transfer Agents, Trustees, and Stock Exchanges
- Supporting equity fund-raising activities, including due diligence, preparation of information memoranda, regulatory filings, allotment, listing, and post-listing compliances
- Coordinating with law firms and Practicing Company Secretaries for advisory, certifications, and legal opinions on specific matters
- Acting as an interface between the secretarial function and other departments for all compliance and governance-related matters
