Legal Consultant Roles And Responsibilities

Conducting legal analysis and researching legal matters.
Providing advice on legal matters.
Drafting and vetting of various drafts like Sale Deed, Agreement of Sale, MOU,JDA, Lease Deed, Leave and License Agreement,
Addressing the client queries related to the property documents.
Assisting the organization related to the legal and for the smooth functioning of various departments Contract Management with vendors.
Title search and due diligence on various projects like residential, commercial,
Provides legal advice and representation to clients involved in real estate transactions.

Candidate Criteria
The Ideal Candidate should possess the following
3 to 5 Years of experience in Real estate Industry.
Good in Communication in English and Kannada.
CTC: Best in Industry.
Age: Upto 35 yrs.
Preferably Female candidate.
Location : Corporate office : Koramangala.
