Position Title: RECRUITER OPERATION SPECIALIST
Location: BANGALORE, KARNATAKA
Reports To: RECRUITMENT MANAGER
Description: Join our recruiting team and hire top talent for our Engineering Development group which develops future leaders for the organization!. You will be responsible for balancing a high volume of candidates through the hiring process for the college and professional recruiting team. You will build credible relationships with hiring managers by finding great candidates and providing sound advice during the hiring cycle. The ideal candidate will be results-driven, detail-oriented, and creative.
Responsibilities
Utilize the Applicant Tracking System and maintain accurate notes on candidate statuses from interviews to offers
Schedule virtual and onsite interviews
Act as the first and continued point of contact for candidate queries by email or phone
Write and update Standard Operating Procedures as workflows change to maintain accurate documentation of the process
Participate in additional projects and tasks as needed
Minimum Qualifications
A bachelors degree and 5 years of professional work experience (or equivalent experience) is required.
Additional Qualifications
Several years of administrative experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment are desirable.
Experience in a recruiting environment is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with a minimal amount of direct supervision.
Strong initiative, Comprehensive skills, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks in an interrupt and deadline-driven atmosphere
Proficiency with various MS Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel (experience with pivot tables, lookups, etc., a plus). Supporting campus recruitment
Familiarity with recruiting systems, Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), and reporting tools is a plus.
Experience with process improvement projects or techniques is a plus.
