Job Summary

We are looking for a Lead UX Designer to drive high-value UX initiatives for our clients while strengthening design execution and strategy. You will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional design work, leading UX engagements, and partnering with stakeholders to align UX efforts with business outcomes.

In addition to strong UX leadership, we value individuals who are curious and proactive about emerging technologiesespecially AI. Whether its leveraging AI tools in day-to-day workflows or designing features that involve AI decision-making, agentic workflows, or AI-native product ideas, your exposure and enthusiasm for this space will be a strong plus.

Beyond client work, you will help improve internal processes, mentor designers, and contribute to hiring and presales.

Key Responsibility

Leading UX Strategy & Project Outcomes

  • Own and lead UX projects, ensuring the team delivers impactful solutions aligned with business and user goals.
  • Define UX strategy and execution plans, guiding the team on approach, workflows, and best practices.
  • Work closely with product managers, engineers, and client stakeholders to align UX efforts with product objectives.
  • Play an active role in shaping the UX of AI-powered product features, internally as well as externally (client facing activities).
  • Balance mentorship and execution, reviewing and elevating team deliverables while owning key UX outputs
  • Ensure UX design improves product adoption, efficiency, and user satisfaction, with a focus on measurable business impact.
  • Communicate and present design strategies and solutions effectively to both clients and internal teams.

Strengthening UX Processes & Team Growth

  • Coach and mentor designers, ensuring growth in their skills and strategic thinking.
  • Enhance UX workflows, design reviews, and quality control processes to improve efficiency and output.
  • Promote responsible exploration and integration of AI into design workflows across the team.
  • Support hiring and onboarding of new designers.
  • Contribute to presales efforts, helping shape UX proposals and strategy discussions with potential clients.

Qualifications

Experience

  • 8+ years of experience in UX design, with at least 2 years in leading and managing UX teams, preferably within an agency or service-based business.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your UX design work, including projects where you have led teams or managed client accounts.
  • Must have experience in B2B products and enterprise applications. Experience in the HealthTech industry is a plus.
  • Exposure to AI in a product or UX contextwhether through tool usage, feature design, or hands-on collaboration on AI-powered productsis highly preferred.

  • UX Expertise & Technical Knowledge Proficient in UX methodologies, research, prototyping, and usability testing, with a solid understanding of product development.
  • Effective Communication Strong ability to present, advocate, and articulate UX value to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
