Koyili Hospital is seeking a smart,professional and well presented Receptionist to join our team.The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills,basic computer proficiency and a courteous approach toward patients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
1.Welcoming and guiding patients and visitors in a professional manner
2..Handling patient registrations and appointment scheduling
3.Managing front desk operations efficiently
4.Attending and directing phone calls
5.Maintaining patient records and documentation
6.Coordinating with doctors,nurses and other departments
7.Handling billing inquiries and basic administrative tasks
8.Ensuring a smooth and organized reception area
Requirements
Any Degree(Mandatory)
0-2 years of experience(Hospital field preferred)
