Technical Sales Manager

We are looking for a Technical Sales Manager with strong hands-on experience in the event and exhibition industry. This role is ideal for someone who understands both sales and technology and can confidently convert client requirements into practical, high-impact solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales enquiries for events, exhibitions, and experiential projects
• Understand client objectives and propose technically feasible and cost-effective solutions
• Prepare technical proposals, BOQs, and commercial submissions
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and technical presentations
• Coordinate with design, technical, and operations teams for solution finalization
• Drive lead conversion and achieve sales targets
• Support smooth handover to project teams after confirmation

Required Experience and Skills

• 3 to 5 plus years of experience in event and exhibition sales
• Strong technical knowledge of LED walls, kinetic systems, interactive displays, AV and immersive technologies
• Ability to understand floor plans, power requirements, and venue limitations
• Experience in preparing accurate costing and technical documentation
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Comfortable working with tight timelines and extended hours during events

Education

• Engineering, technical diploma, or equivalent hands-on industry experience
