Shift Timing: 8.30 Hours Daily

Job Responsibilities

• Handle walk-ins and telephonic inquiries at the branch to guide potential students effectively.

• Convert walk-ins and inquiries into successful admissions.

• Plan and execute promotional activities to raise awareness about TOPS courses, ensuring a smooth transition from inquiry to admission.

• Schedule batches for various courses offered by TOPS, while tracking course timelines and updates.

• Address and resolve student queries, ensuring client satisfaction and a positive experience.

• Manage branch cash and cheque deposits in a timely manner.

• Motivate branch staff to achieve quarterly and yearly targets, fostering a collaborative and goal-oriented environment.

• Oversee and maintain branch operations, including business reports and performance tracking.

• Ensure systematic tracking of inquiries, admissions, and overall business progress.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Graduate in any stream

• Experience: Education and Sales background preferred

Required Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Basic MS Word & Excel knowledge

• Good keyboarding/computer skills

• Ability to interact with all levels of staff and management

• Pleasant personality — soft-spoken, approachable, and professional
