About the Role

The Store Manager serves as the heartbeat of our retail environment. This leader inspires a high-performing team, delivers exceptional customer experiences, and drives store success through operational excellence and passion for beauty. Must-Have Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as Store Manager / Store Director in luxury or beauty retail, with full responsibility for KPIs and store operations
• Arabic: fluent; English: fluent
  
• Proven experience managing a team of 1030+ staff (beauty advisors, supervisors), including hiring, performance management, and terminations
• Full ownership of store operations, including inventory, visual merchandising, staff scheduling, and cash handling
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferable)
• Location: applicants must be currently based in the UAE and eligible to work here

• Foster a client-focused culture with personalised consultations and product education
• Oversee daily store operations including scheduling, cash handling, visual merchandising, and inventory flow
• Analyse business performance and proactively execute strategies to maximise revenue and profitability
• Recruit, onboard, and develop team members through coaching and performance feedback
• Maintain brand standards for cleanliness, organisation, and display aesthetics
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health regulations, and safety procedures
• Build strong community connections and support local marketing initiatives
