Sr Delivery Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and hands on Delivery Manager to lead and drive the delivery of key retail accounts.

The ideal candidate must come from a strong IT development background, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex software development projects in the Retail domain.

This is a strategic and execution heavy role that requires deep delivery management expertise, strong client engagement, and the ability to scale business revenue.

The role demands experience in managing fixed-price and milestone-based projects with end-to-end accountability.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive the delivery of software development projects for major retail clients.
• Manage cross-functional development teams to ensure high quality, on time, and within budget delivery.
• Lead project planning, execution, risk management, stakeholder communication, and reporting.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring transparent and proactive communication.
• Take full ownership of client escalations, drive timely resolution, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Establish, nurture, and maintain strong client relationships at both operational and leadership levels.
• Ensure adherence to contractual commitments, SLAs, and compliance requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in delivery excellence, automation, and process optimization.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders including sales, pre-sales, and technology teams to support account mining and business growth.
• Mentor and coach delivery teams, and promote a culture of accountability, responsiveness, and innovation.
• Scale delivery operations to support growing project volumes and client expectations.
• Engage in budgeting, resource planning, profitability management, and overall client health monitoring.
