Lochan & Co is looking for an experienced Proposal Writer to join our Audit – Business Development team.
Location: Noida, Sector 48
Experience: 2–5 Years
Qualification: Bachelors/Masters degree in Sales, Marketing or a related field
Key Responsibilities:- Review and analyze RFPs, TORs and solicitation documents
- Prepare compliance matrices and eligibility checklists
- Prepare EOIs, Technical & Financial Proposals
- Support proposals for Audit, Assurance & Advisory assignments
- Assist in pre-bid meetings and client clarification queries
- Ensure proposals are fully compliant with client requirements
- Support online and physical tender/proposal submissions
- Stay updated with procurement guidelines of World Bank, UN, AfDB and other donor agencies
- Proposal/Bid Writing experience
- Strong understanding of RFP/TOR/EOI
- Experience in technical proposals & compliance matrices
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Excellent report-writing and documentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Exposure to government, consulting, audit or donor-funded projects will be an advantage
