Job Description
- Role Overview:
You are a highly skilled Software Engineering Specialist with 5-7 years of experience in software development. You will be proficient in Git, Java, MySQL, Camunda, and Maven. Join our dynamic team in India and have the opportunity to make a real impact on projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain software modules using Core Java, REST APIs, Camunda, Spring boot, Docker, Kubernetes orchestration tool.
- Follow best practices in software development lifecycle (SDLC) with exposure to sonar Junits.
- Code, test, and debug software modules to meet project objectives.
- Implement projects with minimal direction from senior developers.
- Define and adhere to project delivery scope.
- Support the full lifecycle implementation of the project.
- Participate in peer code reviews and escalate issues as necessary.
- Lead a team through complex organizational changes.
- Communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders to facilitate necessary changes in the organization.
- Design and implement solutions based on OOPS concepts and using design patterns.
- Develop and optimize complex SQL queries and handle database schema designing tasks.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in software development.
- Proficiency in Core Java, Spring Framework, Web Services, REST APIs, Camunda, Docker, and Kubernetes.

- Experience with Git, Java, MySQL, Camunda, Maven is mandatory.
- Excellent understanding of data structures and algorithms.
- Demonstrated experience in database schema designing and hands-on complex SQL queries.
- Experience with Oracle DB and ability to debug using DB queries.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Excellent programming skills and a passion for developing applications or improving existing ones.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the demonstrated ability to lead a team through a challenging change in the organization.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.,
