Job Description

Role Summary

The Regional Commercial Lead is responsible for driving commercial strategy across multiple markets within the IMEA Region for Medical Devices and Engineered Polymers businesses. This role bridges strategy and execution, ensuring consistent customer engagement and superior business outcomes. The position requires strong leadership in driving Sales and Technical teams to deliver transformational growth through partners and customers engagement, leveraging data-driven insights, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to deliver sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement regional strategies for Engineered Polymer and Medical Devices in IMEA
  • Translate global strategies into actionable regional plans and ensure seamless execution in the region
  • Develop and implement channel strategies including distributor channel management for IMEA region across MD& EP businesses
  • Lead weekly, monthly and annual sales tracking cadence to ensure target delivery
  • Lead and manage annual sales target development processes for AOP development
  • Direct the technical marketing team for new opportunity identification for Medical Polymers
  • Supervise Medical Polymers sales operation, stock planning, customer projects and growth initiatives
  • Manage senior level relationships with key customers and industry experts
  • Monitor CRM compliance and other system related compliances

Requirements (education, experience, competencies and specific job requirements):

  • Engineering graduate, MBA preferred
  • 12-18 years’ experience in sales, including 3 years in commercial leadership in similar organizations
  • Strategy development and implementation experience
  • Specialty chemicals, Engineered Polymers or Medical devices experience
  • Strategic thinking skill, People leadership experience
  • Problem solving, analytical skills
