Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Telesales / Business Development Executive to support our business expansion across North India. The role involves reaching out to potential clients, explaining services, and generating qualified leads through outbound calls.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers
- Generate leads and conduct timely follow-ups
- Present and explain company services professionally
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets
- Maintain call records, lead status, and follow-up reports
Qualifications & Skills Required
- Graduation in any stream
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Telesales, Inside Sales, or BDE
- Excellent communication and convincing skills
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building abilities
- Basic knowledge of MS Word & Excel
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
