Job Purpose:

Home loans is a core focus area for Magicbricks, with very high growth potential. The Area Sales Manager for Home Loans will be responsible for driving end-to-end growth for this business in the designated geography under their supervision. S/he will be responsible for driving business outcomes and process excellence with a team of on-ground executives and team leaders in that geography, to fulfil the home loan requirements of Magicbricks customers through various partner Banks / HFCs. The position will revert into the National Sales Head for Home Loans, and will handle the complete P&L responsibility for the business in its designated cities / geographic area.

Key responsibilities:

• Responsible for monthly / quarterly / annual business performance revenues, costs / margins and customer satisfaction.
• Responsibility for the entire Lead to Disbursement funnel and operational efficiency, ensuring high processes adherence to deliver high success rates for logins, sanctions and disbursals with minimum TAT.
• Managing a team of Field Executives and Team Leaders.
• Liaising with major banks / NBFCs to increase business with them.
• Opening up new business avenues new cities and segments.
• Hiring and team building.

Key skillsets required:

• In-depth understanding of the mortgages industry (home loans, balance transfers, loan against property), domain knowledge of key industry practices and processes.
• Hands on experience in running a regional / area level team of on-ground executives and team leaders.
• Strong operational leadership - ability to execute the day-to-day goals, leading teams effectively in a complex environment and with optimal cost structure.
• Excellent analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities, with comfort in handling technology-based tools / applications.
• Passion for Results, high degree of commitment with bias for execution excellence.
• Strong team player, with high self-confidence and dynamism.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in the Home Loans industry, as a DSA or with large and reputed lenders (banks / HFCs).
• 2+ years of experience in managing ground teams.
