This role requires a detail-oriented, proactive individual who can manage fast-paced deliverables, collaborate across teams, and ensure seamless execution of campaigns across channels, especially within the gaming and tech ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client coordination and communication
• Manage and track multiple projects across digital, print, and gaming-led assets
• Work closely with creative, production, and strategy teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of assets
• Understand client briefs, translate them into clear internal briefs, and ensure alignment across stakeholders
• Monitor timelines, manage workflows, and ensure adherence to SLAs and quality standards
• Support campaign planning, execution, and reporting, including gaming-focused campaigns and launches
• Identify potential risks or delays and proactively suggest solutions
• Maintain documentation, trackers, and status reports for ongoing projects

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in an advertising/marketing agency environment
• Experience working for clients/brands dealing in hardware, tech, or the consumer electronics industry is a plus
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines
• High attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
• Proficiency in MS Office; AI tools to enhance efficiency; familiarity with project management tools is a plus
