Key Responsibilities
• Build and execute channel-focused trade marketing plans to strengthen brand visibility and accelerate sales growth.
• Lead the annual trade marketing calendar, including planning, budgeting, and ROI optimization.
• Develop merchandising guidelines, POS materials, and in-store activation tools that drive execution excellence.
• Partner with Sales & Marketing to create tailored programs for Modern Trade, Traditional Trade, and Food Service.
• Improve numeric and weighted distribution through aligned trade initiatives.
• Conduct category reviews, shopper insights, and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage trade promotions, visibility agreements, and tactical activations with key retailers and distributors.
• Ensure in-store execution quality through audits and establish perfect store standards.
• Lead trade launches for new products, ensuring strong distribution and retailer engagement.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain to forecast stock and ensure availability for trade campaigns.
• Deliver monthly reports on promotion performance, display compliance, and channel KPIs.
• Build strong customer partnerships with tailored programs and category-driving recommendations.
• Manage merchandising teams and external agencies to ensure coverage and compliance.

• Support brand-building initiatives — events, sampling programs, and cross-channel activations
What We're Looking For
• 10+ years of Trade Marketing experience in FMCG or Beverage industry.
• Strong understanding of retail channels and shopper behavior in the GCC.
• Proven ability to manage trade activations, merchandising, and promotional calendars.
• Analytical mindset with experience in reporting, insights, and ROI evaluation.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain.
• Ability to manage agencies, merchandising teams, and external partners.
