Job Description
- You will be joining McDonald's Global Workforce Solutions (GWS) Team as a GWS Manager - Contingent Workforce, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the contingent workforce program. Your role will involve collaborating with engagement managers and approved staffing vendors to ensure a seamless and compliant process for identifying and onboarding contractor talent. Here are the key responsibilities and qualifications for this position:
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full contractor lifecycle including request intake, candidate sourcing, engagement management, and offboarding to maintain a streamlined and compliant process.
- Provide guidance on contingent workforce matters, such as policy compliance, training, and Vendor Management System (VMS) usage. Develop and deliver training programs for stakeholder alignment.
- Collaborate with engagement managers to forecast contingent labor needs, offer market insights, and support fulfillment strategies in line with business objectives.
- Conduct quarterly vendor business reviews, analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), evaluate vendor performance, and manage the new vendor intake request process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with approved staffing vendors, ensuring compliance with program and contractual requirements, supporting recruitment efforts, and resolving engagement issues.
- Lead GWS project initiatives, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to enhance VMS capabilities, and maintain external partnerships within the contingent workforce industry.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience supporting an internal Contingent Workforce Program or Managed Service Provider (MSP).
- Proficiency in the full contractor lifecycle, including sourcing, compliance, performance tracking, and offboarding with a focus on operational excellence.

- Hands-on experience with VMS platforms like SAP Fieldglass, Beeline, etc., including reporting and continuous process improvement.
- Sound knowledge of contingent workforce best practices and relevant employment laws.
- Strong prioritization, project management, and execution skills to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. A customer-centric, continuous improvement mindset is essential.
- Capacity to work collaboratively in a team environment, engage with internal and external partners, and manage priorities with a positive and flexible approach.
