Role Description The Senior Business Development Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata, responsible for driving growth and expanding the companys client base in the real estate sector. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts. The role involves understanding market trends, collaborating with internal teams to develop tailored proposals, negotiating commercial terms, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. The Senior Business Development Executive will also track performance metrics, prepare regular business reports, and contribute to strategic planning initiatives to help the organization achieve its revenue and expansion goals.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong Business acumen, including understanding of real estate market dynamics and commercial negotiations.
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present and influence at multiple stakeholder levels.
• Experience in Account Management, including maintaining long-term client relationships and handling post-sale support.
• Proven experience in real estate, property sales, or related industry roles is highly desirable.
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field; an MBA or postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and data-driven decision-making; comfort with reporting and performance analysis.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and travel locally within Kolkata as required.
