Job Description
- As a Ramp Operations Supervisor at our company, your role is crucial in ensuring the smooth loading and unloading of baggage and cargo at Mosul airport. You will lead a team of ramp operators to deliver excellence in performance, enforce good working practices, and operate Ground Service Equipment (GSE) for aircraft turn rounds.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Evaluate procedures and processes for continuous improvement
- Address disciplinary issues within your team
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies
- Coordinate with other departments for efficient aircraft turnaround
- Report delays, incidents, and equipment faults
- Conduct FOD checks and ensure security procedures are followed
- Comply with health & safety, training, and security regulations
- Maintain professional standards in communication, punctuality, and adaptability
**Qualifications Required:**
- Previous airport ramp experience is advantageous

- Proficiency in English language (speaking and writing)
- Reliability, punctuality, and customer-focused mindset
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities quickly
- Possession of a National driving licence
