Job Description
Responsibilities1. Solution Design and Architecture
5. Stakeholder Engagement
- Develop and document high-level designs and technical solutions for ServiceNow implementations.
- Define architecture standards, frameworks, and best practices for ServiceNow usage.
- Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of the platform.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align ServiceNow solutions with business objectives.
- Participate in roadmap planning for ServiceNow modules and features.
- Conduct gap analysis and propose enhancements to meet evolving business needs.
- Oversee the implementation of new ServiceNow modules and custom applications.
- Guide and mentor developers on best practices in ServiceNow scripting and development.
- Ensure integrations with third-party systems are secure and efficient.
- Establish governance policies for instance management, data integrity, and access control.
- Perform regular reviews to maintain compliance with platform standards and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and optimize system performance and capacity.
- Act as a liaison between business units and the technical team to translate requirements into actionable solutions.
- Present architectural decisions and recommendations to leadership.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users and administrators.
- Provide guidance on resolving high-priority incidents and escalations.
- Conduct root cause analysis and recommend preventive measures.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features, releases, and industry trends
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, ITBM / SPM.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow development: JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, Integration Hub.
- Hands-on experience with web technologies: HTML, CSS, AngularJS, REST/SOAP APIs.

- Expertise in ServiceNow platform upgrades and performance optimization.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITSM, ITOM, etc.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Leadership and mentoring capabilities.
- 10+ years in IT with 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience.
- Previous experience in a ServiceNow Architect or Technical Lead is a must.
