Job Description
1. Website Experience & UX Optimization
- Review customer journeys across the website
- Identify gaps in navigation, usability, and conversion
- Suggest and implement improvements
2. UI Consistency & Aesthetic Alignment
- Ensure website visuals align with Mulmuls brand language
- Make small UI refinements and updates
- Maintain consistency across pages
3. Performance & User Behavior Analysis
- Track user behavior (drop-offs, clicks, flows)
- Suggest data-backed improvements
- Work on improving conversion rates
4. Cross-Team Collaboration
- Work with marketing for campaign landing pages
- Coordinate with developers for implementation
- Align website updates with brand campaigns
- 13 years of experience in UX/UI or e-commerce website roles
- Strong understanding of user journeys and online shopping behavior
- Aesthetic sense aligned with fashion/lifestyle brands
- Comfortable with analysis + minor design work
- Tools: Figma, basic analytics tools
