Role & responsibilities:
- *Should have sound knowledge of N. I. Act (Sec.138).
- * Should have knowledge of the Arbitration Act and police complaints, against cases.
- * Attending all courts, forums, tribunals, and statutory bodies and making representation on behalf of the company and giving evidence.
- * Liaising with the Empaneled Advocates and getting timely feedback.
