Investment Analyst - Debt Financing

What role you will play in team: Contribute to credit analysis, structuring and execution of debt financing transactions.

What you will do: Conduct financial due diligence and valuation on potential investments.

Key responsibility:

• Analyzing financial statements of potential borrowers
• Evaluating credit risk and structuring debt financing transactions
• Preparing credit memos and investment recommendations
  
• Monitoring existing debt portfolios
• Participating in deal execution

Required Qualification and Skills:

• MBA or CFA preferred
• Experience in financial analysis and credit underwriting
• Strong understanding of debt markets
