Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager, based in Ernakulam. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying and securing new opportunities, and building lasting partnerships. Day-to-day tasks will include market research, developing strategic business plans, generating leads, managing client relationships, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts. The role will also involve collaborating with other teams to realize the companys vision for eco-friendly maritime innovations.
Qualifications
- Business Development, Sales, and Account Management experience
- Should have knowledge of Tender bidding process
- Strategic Planning, Market Research, and Negotiation skills
- Client Relationship Management and Lead Generation abilities
- Strong Communication and Presentation skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and work on-site in Ernakulam
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the maritime or renewable energy sector is a plus
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
