Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and scaling of data-driven products leveraging Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI). This role will work at the intersection of business, data science, engineering, and domain teams to deliver high-impact products that solve complex operational and business problems.
Prior experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, supply chain, or quality operations is a strong plus, especially in use cases involving process optimization, predictive analytics, compliance, and automation.
Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Define product vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmap for AI/ML-enabled products.
- Identify high-value use cases leveraging data, analytics, and intelligent automation.
- Translate business outcomes into product features, model capabilities, and platform requirements.
- Own product KPIs including adoption, value realization, and user satisfaction.
AI/ML Product Delivery
- Partner with data scientists to scope ML models (prediction, optimization, NLP, etc.).
- Define data requirements, labelling strategies, model success metrics, and continuous improvement loops.
- Work closely with engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure, production-grade AI products.
- Ensure responsible AI practices including explainability, bias mitigation, and monitoring.
Stakeholder & Customer Collaboration
- Engage with enterprise customers, business leaders, and domain SMEs to understand workflows and pain points.
- Convert insights into clear user stories, PRDs, and prioritized backlogs.
- Facilitate design thinking sessions and product discovery workshops.
Go-to-Market & Scaling
- Support product launch, user enablement, and value measurement.
- Gather user feedback and analytics to drive iteration and continuous improvement.
- Work with sales and marketing teams on product positioning and value propositions.

Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in data science or engineering. MBA is a plus.
- 6+ years of overall experience in product management, digital transformation, or technology delivery.
- 3+ years managing data-driven or AI/ML-enabled products in production environments.
- Strong understanding of:
- ML model lifecycle (data prep, training, validation, deployment, monitoring)
- Analytics platforms, cloud data stacks, and APIs
- Agile product development practices
- Proven ability to translate business problems into scalable AI solutions.
- Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing and life sciences operations, and familiarity with regulatory environments (GxP, validation) will be a big plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
