Navratan.com is a leading global platform in the certified gemstone e-commerce space. With a legacy of trust and quality, we cater to clients across India and international markets seeking authentic, astrologically aligned gemstones. As we scale our team and structure, were looking for a seasoned Sales Trainer to help streamline our sales function, boost conversions, and coach our team for high-ticket gemstone sales. Role Objective: To build, implement, and train the team on a scalable and repeatable sales system that can convert international and domestic leads for high-value gemstone purchases.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement a scalable sales system including inbound, outbound, WhatsApp, call, and email flows for both domestic and international clientele.
Create a comprehensive Sales Playbook covering scripts, objection handling, rebuttals, and luxury buyer psychology.
Conduct live and recorded training sessions, sales roleplays, and weekly call audits.
Provide personalized 1-on-1 coaching with performance reviews and call feedback.
Develop performance tracking templates for sales KPIs, lead status, and call quality.
Document SOPs, CRM structures, and training decks; help automate repetitive sales processes.
Collaborate with Sales Head and Management to identify team development needs and address skill gaps.
Monitor lead-to-close conversion rate and drive improvements through structured training programs.

Strong knowledge of sales psychology, objection handling, and emotional selling for high-ticket products.
Hands-on experience with CRM design, digital sales funnel creation, and KPI tracking systems.
Proven ability to coach teams, conduct call audits, and develop role-based training modules. Have 3-5 yrs of experience.
Proficient in creating SOPs, sales scripts, and structured sales processes.
Excellent communication in English and Hindi, with the ability to mentor across experience levels.
Experience in luxury sales sectors like jewelry, real estate, or premium services (preferred).
Bonus: Awareness of UI/UX and how it impacts the digital sales journey.
